Purpose of Course:

Relaxation.
            Shibashi QiGong is an 18 movement exercise. It can be done standing or sitting. We do some relaxation to start and finish with a short cool down. It is a great way to start your day. We meet Tuesday mornings at 8:30am in the Masonic Hall at 10 Rowe St. I invite you to come and try
